Can I open an account online?
Yes, our existing customers can utilize our iOpen Online Account Opening service. You can simply login to our online banking solution and click on the “Open an Account” tab on the green menu bar.  New customer accounts must be opened in person at any branch during regular hours of operation. What documents do I need to open an account?
The following documentation is required to open an account:
1) A primary form of ID such as a valid Driver’s license or other Massachusetts State issued ID, or Passport.
2) A secondary form of ID like an insurance card, student ID or employer ID.
3) *A recent utility bill or other mailing received to document current address (*If current local address is not listed on primary ID).

Are deposits protected beyond the FDIC limits?
Yes, all deposits in excess of the FDIC limits are fully insured by The Depositors Insurance Fund. Each depositor is insured by the FDIC to at least $250,000. All deposits above the FDIC insurance amount are insured by the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). The combination of FDIC and DIF insurance provides customers of our bank with full deposit insurance on all their deposit accounts. Is there a fee to use my debit card at other ATM’s?
Commonwealth Bank does not charge a fee to use other ATMs, however, other banks may charge you a fee to use their ATM.

Can I find a mortgage application on your website?
