The application is interactive and can be completed on-line but the data will not be saved. You will need to print application prior to leaving the page or print a blank application. Complete the residential loan application; date and sign it.

• The Required Documentation provides for a list of items you will need to submit with the application.
• Please review the Important Disclosures and Borrower’s Certification & Authorization; each requires a signature and to be submitted with the application.
• Return the completed application to the Bank, along with the disclosures and all applicable documentation from the enclosed Required Documentation list.
• A Loan Estimate (LE) and other disclosures will be provided to you after the Bank receives the completed application. Please review the LE and disclosures carefully. A loan officer can answer any questions you may have.

After you have carefully review the disclosures, sign each and return to the Bank along with the appropriate fees listed below.

APPLICATION FEE:  $150
PROPERTY APPRAISAL FEE: To be determined based on property type. Appraisal fees are between $350 and $850. 

These fees are to be paid after you have received the Loan Estimate. Please do not send with the application package.
